    Store Policies

How we do business — clearly, honestly, and on the record.

The values we operate by, how we vet what's on our shelves, our FDA disclaimer, and the details of our return policy.

    Our Moral Code

Horn of Plenty Health is a family-owned business rooted in Christian-based ethics and values. Those values shape how we treat every customer who walks through our door, how we speak about the products on our shelves, and how we run the day-to-day of the store.

We believe in honesty over the hard sell, in serving our neighbors the way we'd want to be served, and in doing what's right even when no one is watching. That conviction has guided four generations of our family since 1977, and it still guides us today.

    Product & Company Research

Nothing earns shelf space here by accident. Before we bring in a product, we research both the formula and the company behind it — their sourcing, their manufacturing standards, their certifications, and the values they operate by.

    We look for:

    • Organic and sustainably sourced ingredients whenever possible
    • Third-party testing and cGMP-certified manufacturing
    • Family-owned and small companies we're proud to support
    • Kosher certification where applicable
    • Companies whose own policies are built on doing no harm — to people, animals, or the planet

If a product or brand doesn't meet our standards, it doesn't make it to the shelf. If something changes for the worse, it comes off.

    FDA Disclaimer

We are not doctors, and nothing we share — in the store, online, in consultations, or in any of our educational materials — is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Statements about dietary supplements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration.

What we do is educate. We do our best to share honest, well-researched information so you can make informed decisions about your own wellness. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting a new supplement, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or managing a health condition.

    Return Policy

We want you to feel good about every purchase you make with us. If something isn't right, here's how returns work:

    • Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.
    • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
    • The product must be unopened.
    • Refunds are issued as store credit, added to your loyalty account or applied immediately to another purchase.
    • Items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for return.
