Vernon and Clara Adams opened Horn of Plenty Health with a simple belief: that good food and honest guidance are the foundation of a good life. Almost five decades later, that belief still guides every shelf we stock and every conversation we have.
The store passed from Vernon and Clara to their daughter, Sharon Skinner, who tended it with the same warmth and conviction her parents poured into every shelf. Sharon worked alongside her daughter, Tammy, for nearly 30 years before turning over the reins.
Today, Horn of Plenty is owned and cared for by Kassia Howell — Sharon's granddaughter-in-law and Vernon and Clara's great-granddaughter-in-law — alongside her husband, Adam. Together they carry forward four generations of family care with a renewed focus on quality, transparency, and education.
